Since its foundation in 1729, the first established House of Champagne has taken pride in the excellence of its cuvées. The Ruinart taste bears the signature of Chardonnay, the thread that runs through all its blends and produces pure and intense wines of remarkable aromatic freshness. As the emblem of the House, Blanc de Blancs is the perfect expression of the Ruinart taste and is comprised of 100% Chardonnay grapes grown primarily with Premiers Crus. The blend is 100% Chardonnay from various years (comprising 25 to 30% reserve wines from the previous two years). Provenance: A large majority of Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards for aromatic refinement, supplemented by Sézannais wines known to provide maturity. Wines from the north of the Vesle valley give a light, fresh touch. Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a perfect champagne for all occasions: aperitifs, lunch, dinner or celebratory meals. This cuvée marries perfectly with dishes such as sea scallop carpaccio and sea bream tartare. It makes a lovely accompaniment to pineapple and prawn skewers. The vivacity of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a perfect complement to seafood and white fish.

Taittinger Brut is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier wines from over 35 different vineyards and vintages matured to perfection. This nearly garnet Rose, like all our non-vintage sparkling wines, is aged 24 months en tirage. It has a lovely, bright floral bouquet with hints of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. On the palate, it is rich and fruity in a dry, Brut style. The flavor of berries continues on the palate, revealing more strawberry, raspberry, cherry. This sparkler is lots of fun and very festive, but production is limited to 5000 cases per year, so don’t miss out!

Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée is the house’s new brut non-vintage. Made from a select percentage of juice from the first pressing, La Cuvée offers more chardonnay and an additional year of aging than our previous Brut NV, and expresses the freshness and elegance of our house style. La Cuvée is Premier Cru, aged for 4 years, with 9g/L dosage. The blend is 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 10% Meunier and a rating from James Suckling of 93 points.

Special Cuvée is the result of the delicate blending of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Meunier, largely sourced from Bollinger's own sustainably farmed vineyards. Bollinger's style is renown for its complexity, ripe fruit, spicy aromas, and hints of roasted apples.
