It is the perfect embodiment of the Power of Creation – an act of creation that elevates the mind and enlightens the world. Dom Pérignon Vintage is the icon of the house, it showcases perfect equilibrium, revealing the harmony that is so characteristic of Dom Pérignon. The wine is complete, rhythmic and tactile. Dom Pérignon Vintage is exotic: its tactile thickness, its roundness, and its utterly unique depth of flavour. “The Dom Pérignon is a gorgeous, totally seductive Champagne that will drink well right out of the gate. Despite the warm, ripe personality of Dom Pérignon is quite gracious, there is plenty of depth underpinning the fruit. With each successive tasting, it seems to have gained more power and breadth, especially on the finish. Above all else, the is decidedly restrained for a warm, radiant vintage. It is not overtly flamboyant nor phenolically intense. Instead, it is a beautifully balanced Champagne, with all of its elements in the right place.” – 94+ points Antonio Galloni Vinous Media

The Ruinart taste bears the signature of Chardonnay, the thread that runs through all its blends and produces pure and intense wines of remarkable aromatic freshness. As the emblem of the House, Blanc de Blancs is the perfect expression of the Ruinart taste and is comprised of 100% Chardonnay grapes grown primarily with Premiers Crus. The blend is 100% Chardonnay from various years (comprising 25 to 30% reserve wines from the previous two years). Provenance: A large majority of Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards for aromatic refinement, supplemented by Sézannais wines known to provide maturity. Wines from the north of the Vesle valley give a light, fresh touch. Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a perfect champagne for all occasions: aperitifs, lunch, dinner or celebratory meals. This cuvée marries perfectly with dishes such as sea scallop carpaccio and sea bream tartare. It makes a lovely accompaniment to pineapple and prawn skewers. Taittinger-Brut-La-Francaise
Taittinger Brut is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier wines from over 35 different vineyards and vintages matured to perfection. This high proportion of Chardonnay, unique among fine non-vintage Champagnes, and a minimum ageing of three years in the cellars, where it reaches the peak of aromatic maturity, makes Taittinger Brut a delicately balanced Champagne. Taittinger Brut offers excellent aromatic potential. The nose, very open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. It also gives off the fragrance of peach, white flowers and vanilla pod. The brilliant body is golden yellow in color. The bubbles are fine, while the foam is discreet yet lingering. The entry onto the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavors of fresh fruit and honey. Taittinger Brut is the Champagne for any occasion. A symbol of festivity, this wine is the ideal partner of celebration for the happiest milestones in a lifetime.
