This elegant wine captures your senses with aromas of crushed raspberries, eucalyptus, fine cigars and red rock dust. The palate is expressive with ripe fruit, drying tannins and rich long finish.

One of the oldest French wines from the Loire Valley, it was first produced in the 9th century; it became a favorite of the Dutch in Southern Africa by the 17th century. Our Chenin Blanc is neutral and light enough to pair well with fish and pastas with cream based sauce. It’s mineral elements balance quite favorably with opening notes of a spring bouquet and hints of citrus and a lingering pear finish. It should be enjoyed young.

Clean and sleek, with a trim beam of fresh apple, honeydew melon, citrus and Key lime flavors. Medium-bodied, ending with a lovely mouthwatering finish.

Crisp. Refreshing. Delicious. A lightly carbonated rosé suitable for any occasion. The Al Buhl Memorial Vineyard lies at the eastern edge of Sulfur Springs Valley (alongside the Willcox Playa) in what is known as the Kansas Settlement. The vineyard site is 80 acres with 60 acres planted. The soils are relatively deep loams and clay-loams interspersed with cobbles. The vineyard sits at 4300 feet and experiences up to 50 degree fluctuations in diurnal temperatures during the growing season. Harvest usually starts in late August and runs into early October. From here we source Syrah & Garnacha for the PRIMER PASO, Tempranillo and Garnacha for the SANCHA and occasional VSC offerings, Sangiovese Grosso for the KITSUNÉ, and a handful of whites for The Diddler and VSC offerings. The oldest 20 acres of the vineyard were planted in 1983 so some of the oldest vines here are 29 years in age.

Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon site blend from MARZO’s block, Cornville, AZ. Light bodied Italian style Super Tuscan. Named after my Great Grandfather John “Spirit” Marzo who made wine in Northern Italy near Turino in Venaus. Cropped at 2.0 to 2.5 tons per acre. 3450 ft. elevation.

Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah blend. Formerly from Buhl Memorial Vineyard in the Kansas Settlement of Cochise County, AZ. (2010 and 2014) And Luna Rosa Vineyards in New Mexico. (2011-2013) As of 2015 This dense Meritage Red is from our Eliphante block in Cornville, AZ. Rich bold Red. Our Meat Eaters go to wine. 3350 ft. elevation.

Mule’s Mistake has become a great tradition here at PSC – a “mistake” (the latest story is that our original Assistant Winemaker aka the “Mule” said I was jealous that his blend was better than mine…so I called it a mistake…) well worth repeating. Now in its seventh year as an Arizona blend, all of the juiciness and bright red fruits you’ve come to love combine as a ­­light, refreshing summer drinker. Hopefully it’ll have you shouting: “long live the Mule!”
