Founded in 1877 by brothers-in-law Sir Andrew Williams and Arthur Humbert, Bodegas Williams & Humbert has been considered one of the world's most prestigious wine and spirits producers for more than 140 years. Located in Jerez de la Frontera, the heart of sherry production, Bodegas Williams & Humbert has vineyards spanning more than 1200 acres. Bodegas Williams & Humbert utilizes the solera method, one of the most traditional method of ageing where small amounts of younger wines are systematically blended with more mature wines over a period of time. Bodega Williams & Humbert has a variety of sherry lines, most notably the Dry Sack medium created in 1906, a staple sherry among many restaurants around the world.

Mahogany in color with reddish glints. Sweet aromas of ripe fruit are laced with citric and herbal notes over a smoky wood background. On the palate it is velvety, flavorful and balanced. Bitter finish delicately accompanied by a distinctive nutty aftertaste.

Pale straw-colored wine. Sharp and delicate aromas, with slight reminiscent of almond and notes of fresh bread dough. On the palate it is very dry, delicate and light. Almonds again in the after-taste, leaving a pleasant feeling of freshness.

Sandeman Sherry Don Fino Superior Fino, a premium Fino Sherry, is a delicate and dry white wine. Produced from Palomino grape grown in Sandeman's own vineyards located in the best areas of the Jerez demarcated region, the wine matures in a Solera, under flor, or a veil of yeast, for a minimum of five years.

Rich and full-bodied, this golden brown, viscous Pedro Ximénez offers abundant aromas and flavors of prunes, raisins, figs, roasted nuts, and exotic spices. Sweet, smooth and luscious on the palate, it's delicious when sipped or poured over vanilla ice cream.

A pale and delicate light dry Sherry that is light in color. Commonly served cold as an aperitif, many consider this Spanish wine to be the world's finest Sherry. Finos are excellent when young.

A true rarity left undisturbed for many decades. Wild aromas of blueberries and red fruits with dark caramel notes. The palate is dense and displays the perfect balance between reduction and acidity. A marvel of Spain's long winemaking tradition.

Since the 1980s and until very recently, the amontillado soleras of Rainera P. Marín were made of very different soleras labeled within the cellar as “Manzanilla Pasada”: from the third criadera of Amontillado “M. Pda.” all the way to the little shrine of 1/3 “M. Pda. Viejísima”, including solera 1/10 “M. Pda. Vieja” (from where we have sourced our editions number 31 & 61 “Bota NO” of La Bota de Amontillado).

Aromatic and complex on the nose, slightly pungent, with notes of Pedro Ximénez. Medium golden in colour with hints of red amber. Very harmonious on the palate, with an agreeable touch of sweetness at the first moment, giving way to a nutty complexity and a long clean finish

The vineyards, located at an elevation of 1,050 feet, are comprised of the famous chalky soil called Albariza and the 40-year-old vines produce extremely low yields. The grapes were hand-harvested at the peak of maturity and dried on mats in the sun. This is one of the oldest wines in the cellar since the Solera was started at the beginning of the last century.

A bone dry Manzanilla from the town of Sanlucar de Barrameda, light and fresh, very tangy, clean and crisp with just a hint of saltiness.

A perfect blend of three wines: a dry and crisp Fino sherry, a floral and sweet Moscatel and a lively and fruity Tintilla de Rota wine. Attractive and delicate pink orange colour with coppery reflections. Floral and herbaceous notes mingle with fruity and spiced scents on the nose. Seductive wild strawberry, orange blossom and patisserie aromas with a subtle nutty background. On the palate, the spiced and herbaceous notes are followed by a comforting sweetness that leaves a delicious silky sensation.
