The finish is long and savory. This is a very sophisticated Rosé with lots of layers and character that will age very well and is very versatile to be paired with an array of different foods.
This bright, copper-colored rosé has wonderful aromas of ripe apples and lilac with hints of freshly cut hay and a spritz of citrus. Finca Wölffer Rosé hails from Mendoza, Argentina, where Marc Wölffer owns 20 acres within the Santa Maria de los Andes Vineyard. Produced under Roman’s guidance, this wine will be similar in style to the iconic gold-label Wölffer Rosé, but will have Malbec—the primary grape of the region—as its base.
The driving character for this popular white blend is rooted in fruity, delicate Pinot Blanc. It captures the stone-fruit essence of this variety beautifully and given depth with the addition of Chardonnay and Riesling. You will love the aroma! It’s a lip-smacking, food-friendly white, versatile enough to go from poolside to tabletop.
The color of sunshine, this wine gives juicy aromas of summer fruit—ripe peach, apricot and cantaloupe—along with honeysuckle and freshly cut hay. The mouth-feel is beautifully balanced. After the ripe lush fruit, including those on the nose plus lychee, come wonderful layers of acidity, yeasty lees notes and mouth-filling texture.
