The grapes in our 2013 Sauvignon Blanc come from the highly recognized region of Lake County. The Sauvignon Blanc grape is a signature variety for Lake County; the region continues to impress critics with ideal growing conditions and soil compositions that allow for excellent fruit. A slow cold fermentation keeps this wine crisp and fruit-forward. Aromas of white peaches and casaba melon with notes of fresh cut celery, complimented by a soft and rich mouth feel that is bright, crisp and refreshing. Our Sauvignon Blanc is a wonderful aperitif or pair with oysters and shellfish.
The 2013 Pinot Grigio is a light straw colored hue with aromas of fresh cut celery and pears. The palate is subtly enriched by mineral characteristics, complimented by notes of white peach, pear and light citrus. The Pinot Grigio is 100% stainless steel fermented giving it the crisp and refreshing texture. Temperatures are monitored, not to exceed 56°F to produce a slower, cooler fermentation that traps flavors and aromas. Our Pinot Grigio's elegance is a perfect complement to many foods including fish, light salads, and creamy pastas.
Our 2016 Chardonnay has aromas of lemongrass and honey. It is accompanied by flavors of grapefruit, caramel apple, and hints of oak. Bright acidity along with a lingering, smooth vanilla finish.
California's own grape variety. Red Zinfandel (not to be confused with white Zinfandel) can produce full-bodied wines packed with ripe berry fruit and smooth tannins. Flavors of blackberries and spicy pepper.
