This wine is produced from 100% organic grapes from the Casablanca valley. Part of the fruit is fermented in concrete eggs, another part in neutral oak and the rest in stainless steel. On the nose intense citrus and floral notes are combined with flavors of white peach and nectarine that are enhanced by a well-integrated acidity. Long and vibrant with an impeccable clean smooth finish. Ideal with risotto caprese, Chilean abalone with green sauce and white fish. Serve well chilled.
This Pinot Noir is produced from sustainably farmed grapes from Casablanca valley. The wine is fermented with wild yeasts to increase depth, intensity and complexity and spends 11 months in French oak barrels. A medium bodied Pinot Noir with remarkable floral, cherry and raspberry aromas. On the palate bright fruit flavors with a wonderful texture and extraordinary acidity. Smooth and balanced with a long, silky and velvety finish. The perfect accompaniment to grilled tuna and seafood risotto.
