This delicious, deep-colored rosé is made using Cinsault grapes which are harvested in the cool of the early morning. The grapes are only allowed a short maceration on the skins after crushing to extract just the right amount of color. Cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled early to capture all the fresh summer-fruit flavors. Both the nose and palate are dominated by pleasant strawberry notes and there’s a slight creaminess which rounds the wine off very nicely.

Grown on very de-vigorated soils in the coolest part of Santa Maria Valley, this Chardonnay exhibits both the old world crispness and minerality, balanced with powerful California-style fruit forwardness. Aromas of lemon peel and wet stones lead to flavors of quince and pear, with a clean, lingering finish similar to the sand and limestone where the fruit is grown.
Classic Cabernet, with rich plum, black currant and cherry flavors. The grapes for this wine were fermented in small lots and spent over 18 months in oak which brought out the distinct rich flavors of the North Coast, complimented with toasty, warm barrel notes. This is a big wine, meant for pairing with a thick rib eye steak and lingering over as it evolves with air and a bit of time.
An elegant and pleasant sparkling wine with a light golden straw color, delicate nose, and, fresh crisp taste of green apple. Its slightly sweet nature is balanced by moderate acidity and light bubbles. This wine is produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to guarantee a cleaner finish. Serves well as an aperitif but can also be paired with Italian starters, seafood, pasta with creamy sauces, and desserts
