Firm and well-knit, this lacy version offers a subtle mix of Dijon pear, smoke, fleur de sel, fresh ginger and slivered almond notes.
ight yellow, green tints. Fine nose revealing chalky notes, faint toast and fresh herbs one after the other. Full, lush, refined palate showing lightness and freshness with a successful fusion of sensations that theoretically should be contradictory. Gold standard.
