Matthieu and Sylvanie Bouchet took over Matthieu's family domaine in 1990, building on his father's legacy for biodynamic growing and harmonious wines. Their 100-year-old vines are planted in clay and limestone soils and are harvested manually, fermented in cononical oak tanks and aged for a year in 10-year-old oak barrels. Full-bodied, with rich flavors, good minerality and wet stone.
