*One Star* Those who lavish praise on Sonoma Coast Chardonnay for its nuance and high acid might turn away in horror here, for this wine is anything but sleek and subtle and goes for richness and ripe fruit without abandon. It is very full-bodied, and stops right at the brink of being too much, but we find its lavishly oaked fruit to be wholly compelling and recommend it to all for whom 'too much' does not exist.
