Made from Mourvédre from the alluvial fan of Uvas Creek at the base of the Santa Cruz Mountains, Mourvédre grown in Spur Ranch’s limestone rich clays and Grenache and Cinsault from the granitic bluffs above the Arroyo Seco River. Picked below 22 brix, with bright natural acidity. Fermented in several lots with some native and some cultured yeasts.
