Light pink with a salmon tint. The crisp and clean nose has carries minerals, orange zest, melon, spice and roses. It is light to medium bodied, is dry, and has a nice stiff acidity. On the palate cherries and stony mineralogy jumps out first with nice spice and organ zest kicking in on the back end. The wine fills out nicely on the finish, which has very good length.
The 2015 La Raimbauderie Sancerre deliver lovely aromas of white peach, honeydew, lemon and stony minerals all taking shape beautifully in the glass. On the palate this is clean and fresh with lovey ripe flavors which are are backed by vibrant acidity leading into the pretty finish. A wonderful effort which is showing extremely well right now.
