The Oregon Pinot Gris has aromas of citrus, white peach and honeydew melon. The wine opens with bright acidity and citrus notes followed by complex fruit flavors on the mid-palate and a long, clean balanced finish.
The Joel Gott Riesling has aromas of key lime, stone fruit, honey and jasmine. The wine is round on the palate with mouthwatering acidity and a lingering minerality on the finish.
Our Chardonnay has rich tropical aromas laced with citrus, honey and vanilla. A textured palate shows notes of baked apples, citrus and spice, framed by fresh acidity. A hint of vanilla lingers on the finish.
After harvest, fruit from each vineyard is whole cluster pressed to retain delicate fruit flavors before being fermented and aged in mainly stainless-steel tanks to preserve the bright acidity and fruit flavors. A small amount of 1-year-old French oak barrels are used to add to the aging process.
