Tasting Notes: An assertive rosé, with a pale red color and fine bead. Spicy cherry, dark fruit and leather aromas on the nose, with a firm texture on the palate. Serve With: Excellent with game or rich meats such as duck, it can stand up to richly sauced dishes.
Melon, brioche and honey aromas on the nose, with light floral notes. Fine bubble texture on the palate, ending with a long, lingering finish. Great as an aperitif, or with seafood or rich, white meats such as veal.
