Nutty Solera is an 8-year-old Cream sherry, 75% Palomino and 25% PX. It shows a dark mahogany color due to the addition of the Pedro Ximenez. On the nose aromas of raisins, vanilla, oak and slight hints of hazelnuts. On the palate a delicate wine with a smooth reminder of dates and raisins, finishing with notes of caramel, oak and slight hints of nuts. Ideal as an aperitif with cheese however also as a dessert wine with vanilla ice cream, fruit salad and apple pie.
Leonor is a 12-year-old Palo Cortado which can be described are the wild child of Jerez. This wine shows a light mahogany color with golden tones and a slightly orange rim. On the nose intense and complex with notes of hazelnuts perfectly balanced with bitter orange and mature oak. On the palate powerful and intense yet delicate and elegant with toasted notes and a smooth and silky texture.
Alfonso is an 8-year-old Oloroso. Due to its time in contact with oxygen it shows a golden amber color. On the nose round intense aromas with the nuttiness of the Palomino variety standing out, in this case hazelnuts and walnuts. In addition, subtle aromas of oak and spiced notes which remind of truffle or leather. On the palate flavorful and structured with a long and complex aftertaste and slight vanilla touches and a surprisingly sweet note on the finish.
Néctar is an 8-year-old sherry made 100% from Pedro Ximenez. It shows an intense ebony color with iodine tones and intense legs due to the high sugar content. On the nose rich aromas of fruit such as raisins, figs and dates accompanied by honey, syrup and fruit preserve. On the palate velvety and smooth with good acidity which alleviates the sweetness. Long and flavorful finish.
