GG is our second official winery SpokesPup and the star of GG's Reserve and a rescue pup from rural Georgia. To honor GG and her incredible story, we've created GG's Reserve, a clean and crisp white blend with pleasant fruit-driven aromas. The lingering finish is balanced by a moderate, semi-dry sweetness. GG's Reserve joins Chase's Reserve in our SpokesPup series.

Our Dry Riesling has exotic tropical and citrus fruit flavors. Elegantly balanced with a hint of sweetness and by crisp acidity, finishing clean with just a hint of sweetness. Dry Riesling is one of our top wines in our portfolio. Glenora's Riesling grapes are harvested early in the season to capture their fresh fruit flavors. A long, cool fermentation is arrested just shy of bone dry leaving a dry wine balanced with pleasant, fruity, classic Finger Lakes Riesling characteristics.
Raspberry Spumante is a sweet and fruity accompaniment to any festive occasion. Bottle fermentation and classic grape varieties provide delicate yeast enhanced with jammy natural raspberry flavor. This fine spumante, which is finished semi-sweet, continues a proud history of winemaking excellence at Glenora Wine Cellars.
Chase is our first official winery SpokesPup and a proud survivor of the 2005 Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. To honor Chase and his incredibly story, we created a new wine in 2016 called Chase’s Reserve. It is an easy-drinking, semi-sweet red blend of native grapes with jammy, ripe strawberry and raspberry flavors and a lively finish. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle sold will be donated to local animal charities across the United States, in hopes that all dogs and cats can have a happily ever after like Chase has!
Glenora’s Trestle Creek Riesling has fresh apricot and peach aromas. This luscious, semi dry wine is balanced with crisp, natural acidity, characteristic of New York’s Finger Lakes region. It is ideally suited with Chicken, Fish, Vegetarian, Asian, or as an Apéritif.
Refreshing, Effervescent, Aromatic. The bubbles in our Bubbly Riesling is created by using a force carbonation system. Once fermentation is completed, the wine is filtered and put into a specialized tank that can hold pressure, which is needed for the addition of CO2. CO2 is added via a special carbonation “stone,” which diffuses the CO2 into very tiny bubbles. This process takes about 3 days. The wine is then bottled with a special filler that retains the CO2, then is labeled.
