Intense color, varying between deep garnet and dark ruby. This Moulin-a-Vent is suggestive of both flowers and fruit, particularly violets and cherries. Well-structured with moderate tannins, delicately spiced, it offers complexity and good length, elegance and harmony, power and velvet.
The nose displays beautiful white flower aromas with hints of citrus. The wine is fruity and shows fresh notes of anise. The finish is very pure with a nice minerality.

This pale yellow colored Chardonnay from Pouilly Fuisse opens with a mild green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and round. The flavor profile is a mild Bosc pear with nicely integrated minerality. I also detected some walnut flavors as well. The finish is dry and its pleasant flavors linger nicely after the wine is gone. This wine would pair well with three cheese spinach ravioli with a light cream sauce or trout almondine.
With fruit sourced from vineyards across the appellation, dont be fooled into thinking this is generic and dull
This Mâcon-Villages sports a very flashy pale gold color with hints of emerald green. Its bouquet suggests complex, subtle aromas of white Spring flowers, such as acacia, lilies and hawthorn, as well as typical citrus notes. On the palate, it expresses the engaging character of chardonnay that wine lovers everywhere have come to appreciate. Almond and hazelnut finish.
