Brilliant rose gold in color, the Rosé Brut sparkling wine opens with soft notes of watermelon, kiwi and a beautiful yeasty quality that invites you in. The palate is elegant, with cherry, floral, and a creamy texture that has a bright finish.
Light and refreshing, we made our Brut to enjoy on its own or paired with, well, just about anything. This sparkling wine opens with notes of green apple, banana, and tropical kiwi, developing into flavors of peach and tart strawberry on the palate.
We’re honestly thrilled to introduce this new vintage from the Santa Lucia Highlands. Once allowed to open, the bouquet is richly aromatic with gorgeous notes of violets, roses, chocolate cherries, blueberry, strawberry, and vanilla. There’s the classic SLH minerality, akin to slate and pencil lead. There’s a hint of cola, and a bite of white pepper. This wine is decadent like red velvet cake, but well balanced with brisk acidity. Enjoy now, or let it rest in your cellar.
Farmed with a love of the planet, our Estate Pinot Noir captures our spirit an the unique beauty of Monterey County- graphite minerality, earthiness, notes of wild strawberry and sweet oak - resulting in a wine that is delicious and memorable.
