Colour: A pale colour with salmon highlights. Nose: A good intensity on the nose, with floral notes and a touch of peach fruit. Mouth: the attack is tender, the mid palate is round, with just the right amount of firmness. Aromas of caramel and liquorice give it a vinous character. Good freshness at the end showing grapefruit and blood orange. Pairing: a perfect summer wine, excellent with barbeque and cold meats. The finesse of this wine will show itself with poultry in sauce, notably with a light curry. Serving temperature: serve between 8°C – 10°C.
Colour: A bright ruby with fine violet nuances. Nose: An intense nose with red and Morello cherries. Mouth: the attack is supple, the red-fruit notes reappear, the tannins are present and harmonious. A Good length. Pairing: A supple and light red wine which goes well with white meats (veal, poultry, rabbit…) and served a touch fresher, with fish. Also works with cheese. Serving temperature: 12°C
