Named after the founder of our winery and a riff on the French word for pretty, this is a delightfully sweet and effervescent rosé. Lightly sweet with natural effervescence, Rose Jolee is a co-fermented confection of Muscat, Riesling and Cabernet Franc. Cold fermented to retain the natural CO2 created by the fermentation process; this wine has a soft spritzyness, coupled with complex fruit flavors and crisp acidity. The acidity acts as a foil to the wines sweetness providing a clean, crisp finish that makes for an eminently enjoyable quaff and a fantastic partner with food.
A bright, fruity, and floral rosé that is nearly bone dry. 100%-estate grown and bottled Grenache in Southern Oregon's Rogue Valley AVA. Made in a French style, this was aged on the lees for several months before bottling in February, this will have a rich mouthfeel and slight creaminess, offset by a very crisp and mouthwatering finish.
100% Estate grown Pinot Gris, aged on the lees in stainless steel for eight months to develop complexity. This wine opens with delicious aromas of pear, honeydew, and nougat hitting your nose with intensity. The enticing bouquet is followed by a complex and rich palate with a beautiful balance sustained by a bright and vivid acidity. Drink now for its freshness and fragrance or age for the upcoming complexity and creamy development
A bright, balanced, French-influenced Chardonnay made from Dijon Clones 76 and 95. The flavors of the chardonnay highlight notes of caramel, roasted almond, and fruit such as melon and apricot. On the palate the wine is generous and well balanced, with a light lingering of creamy dough and oak nuances. A splash of acidity creates a persistent finish that persuades you back for another sip. Aged for 8 months with 80% in French oak barrels (3% was in new barrels) and 20% in stainless steel. 30% of the blend underwent malolactic fermentation. This composition of three different winemaking protocols provides the foundation for an excellent wine. First, stainless steel aging captures the pure varietal fruit taste. Second, the barrel aging in French oak provides a creamy richness, and third the malolactic fermentation finishes the wine with a light buttery flavor and texture.
