The Chenin Blanc from Costador is easily recognizable from its salty mineral taste. It was fermented in amphora then transferred to used French oak barrels which were topped off during the last month of resting. The best refreshment for hot summer days!
The Garnatxa Amphorae from Costador is a mineral driven Grenache with the presence of some tannins and a hint of fruitiness. Fermented in amphora and aged in used French oak barrels for a minimum of 5 months.
