The 2015 Atracao is a rustic and fruit-forward, early-drinking Pinot Noir, with the balanced acidity and bright fruit flavors that you would expect from Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. It is a blend of wine from our estate vineyards in the Willamette Valley. The fruit is cropped around two to three tons per acre and fermented in small lots with a variety of yeasts that are chosen to bring out the fullest expression of the fruit. Most of the wine is aged in neutral French oak but a small portion is produced in stainless tanks, to create a wine that is very pleasant by itself but will pair well with a wide range of foods.
