The wine is ruby red with intense aromas. On the mouth, the flavors of blackcurrant and roast coffee are pre-dominant developing hints of apricot and soft spices. The large proportion of Merlot, picked at the peak of ripeness and carefully fermented, gives balance, roundness and a velvety texture.
Rustic, robust and woodsy with cedar brush and tart wild blackberry, dark cherry and plum fruit. Complex with lead notes and soft black and red fruit dancing together. Pair with some richer chicken dishes, beef, burgers, or BBQ!
