This traditional dry Provencal rosé is bright and fruit-forward with exotic fruits of guava and papaya, and white floral aromas on the nose. It has body and structure, yet is fresh on the palate and beautiful minerality. A versatile wine that pairs beautifully with a wide variety of seafood.
Château Beaulieu means “beautiful place” in French. Dating back to the 1500s, Château Beaulieu was historically home to the great noble families of Provence. Today, the Estate comprises 720 acres and is the largest single Estate in the AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation. Château Beaulieu’s vineyards are planted on the slopes of the dormant La Trévaresse volcano, which at 1,200 feet in altitude, faces the Lubéron. The vineyards display a diverse range of mineral-rich soils including volcanic basalt and calcareous clay, to produce exceptional expressions of Provence Rosé.
