It provides a perfect match with a variety of salads, chicken, grilled salmon, a hamburger or simply on his own! Sainte-Victoire became its own appellation within the AOC Côtes de Provence in 2005. It is more demanding in terms of yields, vinification, and quality than the general AOC Côtes de Provence. 13.5% abv.
