The yield is very limited and the harvest is performed manually by specialized personnel. After crushing and fermentation, the maceration lasts for 40-45 days. Aromas of red berry, underbrush and a balsamic note emerge from the glass. The solid palate shows black cherry, star anise and clove alongside fine-grained tannins.
The fragrances recall woodsy undergrowth and black cherry. In the mouth, the wine is powerful but very soft.
