The Carcol Serrano lives in the Mountains of Jumilla, among thyme, rosemary and other aromatic plant varietals typical of the region. Due to its great flavour, the Caracol is used in typical rich dishes or Gazpacho Jumillano (Jumillan Casserole). This wine is a blend of Monastrell (55%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) and Syrah (20%), and is the perfect match for such foods due to its young and fruity character.
