A very sweet blush, perfect for anyone who thinks they don’t like wine! Fresh and fruity, incredible grape taste with lots of strawberry and red raspberry flavors.
This wine is bright with notes of citrus, green apple and melon. Subtle mineralogy and refreshing acidity gives this wine a satisfying finish.
Not really awful, but compared to many of the other NY Finger Lake wines we've had, not up to par. The taste seems OK to begin with, but there is a slighlty chemical aftertaste the ruins it. It seemed to pair well with breaded baked codfish, but by itself the true tastes come out. I believe we have another bottle and I'll re-review it if that one is any better.
An excellent balance of cherry fruit flavors and oak finishing with cracked pepper and smokiness make this full-bodied, dry red ideal with all red meat dishes.
