This wine is 100% Chardonnay from selected vineyards in the Galilee region. The wine is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel to preserve the fresh, aromatic character of the fruit. Pineapple and guava dominate its aroma, and the palate is balanced with a crisp, clean finish.
This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes from the Judean Hills and coastal plains give rounded fruit flavors, balanced by the firm structure and intensity of fruit from the Upper Galilee. The wine was aged eight months in American oak. Made in the new world style, it is enjoyable now but will improve with aging.
Dark, bright red. Musky aromas of currant, plum, tobacco, roast coffee and smoky oak, plus a hint of herbs. Shows a glyceral texture but also a firm acid spine to its nicely perfumed red and darker berry flavors accented by spices and herbs. Finishes with firm, ripe, dusty tannins and very good grip and length
Israel- Made from grapes grown in the Galilee region, this blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet has the smoothness and structure characteristic of fine quality. Aged in American oak, it will improve over the next two to three years. Serve it with beef stew or other hearty meat dishes.
