Adami Garbèl Prosecco Treviso DOC is the first level of wine from the Adriano Adami winery. Garbèl, which in ancient local dialect means a dry, crisp, pleasantly tart wine, is produced from 100% Glera from the hilly vineyards in the Colli Trevigiani area. A wonderfully versatile sparkler; an ample nose releases crisp-edged, complex fruit notes, and the palate is full-flavored with crisp acidity. Made in a brut style, with 13 grams residual sugar makes the wine dry with a soft finish.
