Guinness Draught Stout is the original nitrogen-infused beer. Although to the uninitiated, it can look dark and heavy, it actually tastes deliciously light and smooth, swirling with notes of roasted barley, caramel, coffee and chocolate. The net result is a flavorful stout that’s as approachable as a lager — which it has long been one of the world’s great pub beers. Another surprise is its low-calorie count, just 126 calories for a 12-ounce serve. That’s just 15 calories less than a typical light beer.

This is the stout that made Guinness famous. Sought after by beer aficionados for its mix of hop bitterness, dark malty flavor, crisp roasty notes and bittersweet finish, Extra Stout is perhaps the definitive version of an Irish dry stout. Guinness Extra Stout is carbonated (as opposed to nitrogenated), giving it more hop bite and a crisper mouthfeel. It pours a dark ruby color with a robust, foamy tan head. A generous percentage of roasted barley in the brew gives this beer its signature clean, dry finish.

Produced in the tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia's Catherine the Great, Old Rasputin seems to develop a cult following wherever it goes. It's a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish. The Old Rasputin brand image is a drawing of Rasputin with a phrase in Russian encircling it—A sincere friend is not born instantly. How hard it is to make and keep a good friend. –"Jericho," Joni Mitchell

Brewed with well water (the original well, sunk in 1758, is still in use with the hard water is drawn from 85 feet underground), the gently roasted organic chocolate malt and real organic cocoa used in this ale impart a delicious, smooth and creamy character, with inviting deep flavours and a delightful finish - this is the perfect marriage of satisfying stout and luxurious chocolate that will lead to smiles and refills. Samuel Smith's brews in traditional coppers, uses stone 'Yorkshire Squares' for fermentation, and ships every bottle from the brewery with great pride.

Brewed in honor of the 1000th batch at our original Clybourn brewpub. A liquid as dark and dense as a black hole with thick foam the color of a bourbon barrel. The nose is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer.

This beer taught us that patience truly is a virtue. KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee and charred oak.

YETI IMPERIAL STOUT is an onslaught of the senses. It starts with big, roasty malt flavor that gives way to rich caramel and toffee notes. YETI gets its bold hop character from an enormous quantity of American hops. It weighs in at a hefty 75 IBUs.
