Ypioca Crystal Cachaca

Distilled from first press sugar cane juice, this clear medium bodied “cachaça” is aged at least 1 year in barrels of Brazilian Walnut wood, acquiring a special taste bearing peppery notes and a delicious bouquet. Cachaça Ypióca is a spirit distilled from the pure juice of sugar cane produced by the Telles Family since 1846. Presently in the 5th generation, Ypióca is the oldest cachaça producer of Brazil. Ypioca’s range of products includes aged cachaças, ready-made cocktails, and wine specialty. Cachaça is the most popular distilled beverage in Brazil, consumed pure or mixed with fruits. The famous cocktails made with cachaça and called “caipirinhas” and “batidas”, are today the biggest trend in Europe and USA.
