Vesica vodka is a Polish, potato-based vodka. It undergoes a traditional distillation and filtration process through charcoal and then ends with a "state-of-the-art ceramic candle process to give clarity to the vodka" (see this press release; we're not sure what this means, exactly, but it sure sounds neat). The name "vesica" refers to the geometric figure of two intersecting circles where the center of each lies within the circumference of the other. In a cool marketing concept, the 1.75 liter bottle is in the shape of two conjoined 750ml bottles. There is a mention in the write-up at American Cocktails--who themselves regard the vodka as well-priced luxury--it is produced at Polmos Poznan, but here at Proof66 we've been assured by the importer that it is sourced from Polmos Bialystok, which we note here as the producer.
