Indigenous Vodka is distilled from Hudson Valley apple cider in small batches, handcrafted in one batch at a time. This is not a apple flavored vodka. Each bottle of Indigenous Vodka contains about 80 Hudson Valley apples, pressed to cider, fermented under the watchful eyes of their distillers and then carefully guided through their 20-plate copper pot still to create this unique vodka. Though exceptionally clean and crisp, it does maintain the character of all those apples that go into every bottle. Both nose and palate are light and fresh, with notes of vanilla, honey, and, of course, apple.
