Produced at NOM1414 in Arandas from the very best single estate weber blue agave grown in the beautiful highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Traditionally produced under the guidance of our Master Distiller Sergio Cruz, cooking in brick ovens, milling and fermenting with champagne yeast before double distillation in Alembic copper pot stills. We distill to 49% ABV and rest in bourbon casks for an average of 9 months before bottling at 40% ABV, resulting in a warm, golden hued tequila full of vanilla, dried fruit and cinnamon, delicious for sipping and perfect for cocktails.
