Produced at NOM1414 in Arandas from the very best single estate weber blue agave grown in the beautiful highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Traditionally produced under the guidance of our Master Distiller Sergio Cruz, cooking in brick ovens, milling and fermenting with champagne yeast before double distillation in Alembic copper pot stills. We distill to 49% ABV and bottle at Still Strength resulting in a vibrant tequila full of pepper and zesty minerality, great for sipping and perfect for cocktails.
