Square One Botanical started a whole new trend in "Botanical vodkas" when launched in 2009. It is a bold 90 proof rye spirit infused with 8 organic botanicals: pear, rose, chamomile, lemon verbena, lavender, rosemary, coriander, and citrus peel. Perfectly balanced to create a harmony of fruit, floral, and herb botanicals. Other than the missing botanical required to be gin - juniper - this would be a floral expression of gin.
