Our Straight Wheat Whiskey is made from 100% organic, Red Winter Wheat grown in California’s Sacramento Valley. Each batch is aged for a minimum of two years in 53-gallon, charred, brand new American White Oak barrels; it is non-chill filtered in order to preserve the full aromatic complexity of this uniquely American spirit. Deliberate cuts during distillation ensure that this whiskey emerges from its time in barrel as a finely layered and truly distinguished spirit.
