Sloop Betty Caramel is our second flavored vodka, and embodies our philosophy of using high-quality, natural ingredients. We infuse our multiple Gold Medal-winning Sloop Betty vodka with carefully selected vanilla beans and then sweeten it with a house-made caramelized syrup for a natural, toasty flavor that is perfect for fall and winter cocktails. With a dash of chocolate bitters or orange bitters it's probably also your new favorite shot. Not overly sweet, Sloop Betty Caramel plays well with chocolate, apple cider, apple and cranberry juices, and other fall and winter flavors—think chai tea and spices like cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and cardamom. Sloop Betty Caramel is smooth enough to sip on the rocks, but try it in a hot apple cider with a dash of cinnamon for a warming fall treat.
