There really is no agave distiller like Porfidio. Porfidio is a single-agave, single-origin, single-terroir, single-vintage, single-varietal, single-barrel, first-growth, vegan agave craft spirit that is made from cold pressed, raw agave juice, instead of cooked agave, the normal method. This Porfidio bottling is aged in virgin oak barrels until burgeoning to its maturity status of an Anejo (so three years less than 'The Original by Porfidio', the cult status Anejo Extra). From seedling to bottle, it took 12 years to make this bottle.
