Caol Ila matured in casks for 31 years: a truly selection. Predominant medicinal iodine and nose, but Nevertheless well amalgamated into an overall aromatic structure That supports and accompanies it. Medicinal herbs, vanilla, leather and liquorice in the background complete the expression. Remarkably persistent on the palate, where the typical Islay saltiness predominates.
