Drier than the Centenario 7, the 9 is a blend of rums aged for up to 9 years in white American oak casks. This rum has a citrus quality that combines elements of lemon zest, green bananas, lemon oil, and Bing cherries, with caramel, baled hay, maraschino liqueur, and kirschwasser. Enjoy neat, with spring water, or ice. This rum is an excellent choice for a traditional daiquiri: rum, lime juice and simple syrup (2:1:1).
