Centenario 25 is a blend of rums aged in white American oak for up to 25 years in a traditional solera system. This rum has a dynamic and earthy flavor profile highlighting ginger root, ginger snaps, pressed green apple, eucalyptus oil, hints of camphor, menthol and herbaceous lemongrass. The finish shows Bartlett pears in syrup, crème de cassis, jasmine green tea and a balanced tannic cask presence. Superb neat or with spring water.
