This blend of rums is aged in white American oak for up to 20 years in a traditional solera system. The sweetest Centenario expression, this rum has a luxurious texture evoking milk chocolate, cream, a hint of pipe smoke, white chocolate, butter, flan, custard and honey syrup. The finish amplifies the creamy notes of the rum, bringing in buttered pastry, prunes and stewed fruit. This rum is ideal to enjoy neat, with spring water or ice, but also makes an excellent Rum Manhattan: rum, sweet vermouth, and two dashes of Dashfire Aromatic Bitters.
