The region is mountainous, but it also has a fertile valley where farmers grow organic wheat and grapes. It’s a picturesque landscape blending old traditions with modern cultivation techniques. The Sacchettos use fresh, crystalline water from the Italian Alps during the five-column distillation of the 100% organic Italian wheat. The vodka is then filtered through 1.7 million square meters of active charcoal to ensure that Purus holds to its definition – clean, genuine, refined.
