Privateer Navy Yard Cask Strength Rum

Our Navy Yard rum is a nod to Massachusetts' storied history of rum distillation. Made in the New England tradition from 100% Molasses, it is double distilled and aged in charred, new American oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years. Each expression of our Navy Yard is from a single barrel and at barrel strength. We bottle the spirit directly from cask, so what the distillers taste in the barrel is what you taste in your glass. Flavors include dried apricot and figs, mango, cinnamon, clove, brown butter, and cigar box.
