Paul John Whisky from Goa, India expands it's Select Cask range with Oloroso Select Cask, matured in first and second-fill ex-bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso Wine casks hand-selected by Master Distiller Michael D'Souza. With notes of dried fruits and nuts, this single malt is biscuity and bright. The experience is concluded by a lingering finish accented by growing cinnamon spice.
