Aged in bourbon barrels in the heat and humidity of India’s tropical paradise of Goa. Sweet honey and dusky cocoa aromas are laced with a hint of smokiness and notes of espresso. A deeper whiff reveals fruity fragrances, spice, and mocha. Grassy flavors of barley show up first, but gently make way for subtle and balanced notes of imported Islay and Highland peat. Finishes with a rush of mint and mocha.
