Paul John Whisky's third release in it's Christmas Edition Series with this single malt blended from a combination of ex-bourbon, oloroso, and virgin oak casks. Flavors of stewed fruit, honey, and rich spice lead on the palate. The finish is lingering with layers of cinnamon and blood orange and bracing peat smoke.
